Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries, plus additional to garnish
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 lb. peaches, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 2 TBS sugar (or more if desired)
Instructions
In a blender, puree 1 cup of raspberries with milk. In a small bowl, strain the puree through a coarse sieve pressing hard on the solids; rinse the blender and, then, return crushed raspberries to it. Add the ice cream, peaches and sugar, blending until smooth and thick. Garnish with whole raspberries and serve.
