1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. dry thyme
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup oil
1 TBS fresh garlic, chopped
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the pork tenderloin to the bowl and spread the mixture all over the tenderloin.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
When you are ready to cook the tenderloin, preheat the grill.
Once the grill is hot, place the tenderloin on the grill.
Be sure to turn it every 5 minutes until pork is cooked to desired doneness or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
