- 1 lb. flat iron steak, grilled
- Salt & Pepper to taste
FOR THE CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:
- 1 cup oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 TBS crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 TBS fresh garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup cilantro
Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Grill to your liking. Allow to rest before slicing on a cutting board.
Add rest of ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Serve over steak.
