Ingredients
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Apple Pie Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Store the dry rub in an airtight food storage container at room temperature for up to 6 months
To use the rub:
- Season chicken or pork with dry rub and set aside for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Cook whole chicken or chicken pieces until an internal temperature of 165°F.
