Ingredients
- 1 Kiwi- peeled & cut into slices
- 10 Peaches or Nectarines, sliced or diced
- 2 containers of strawberries, halved or sliced
- 1 blackberries – container
- 1 blueberries – container
- Juice of 2 large oranges
- 2 Tbsp. fresh mint, finely minced
- 3 fresh limes, juiced
- ¼ cup agave
Instructions
- Add peaches, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, and kiwi to a large bowl. Sprinkle with fresh mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice and agave until smooth and dissolved.
- Drizzle the dressing over the fruit salad. Gently stir (so you don’t crush the peaches).
- Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container in the fridge 1-2 days. The fruit is delicate and will start to soften right away, so we recommend eating this within 1-2 hours of making, for best results.
