- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup whole fat ricotta
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Mix the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, orange zest and orange extract.
Add the powdered sugar mix to combine.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
Chill for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, roll the cannoli cheese ball in the mini chocolate chips to coat evenly.
Serve with graham cracker sticks or graham crackers.
