Chimichurri Flat Iron Steak

  • 1 lb. flat iron steak, grilled
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

FOR THE CHIMICHURRI SAUCE:

  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 TBS crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 TBS fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup cilantro

Sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Grill to your liking. Allow to rest before slicing on a cutting board.

Add rest of ingredients to a food processor or blender and process until smooth.

Serve over steak.
