- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 TBS garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme & 3-4 sprigs
- Juice of one blood orange
- 1 1/2 lb. steak
To make the marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Using a plastic storage bag that closes tightly such as a Ziploc, add the steak and marinade and seal the bag. Place in refrigerator. Allow the steak to marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
When completely marinated, using a skillet with heat on high, add steak to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook to your desired doneness.
