Ingredients
- 6 U-10 Shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, fine diced
- 1/3 cup sweet onion, fine diced
- 1/3 cup celery heart, fine diced
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 12 pc. thin sliced applewood bacon
- salt, pepper, Cajun seasoning or old bay to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- After shrimps are peeled and deveined, butterfly and press down to flatten.
- Place 2 pieces of bacon, per shrimp, side by side. Place shrimp approximately 1inch from end. Shape approximately 1 Tbsp. of stuffing to fit on shrimp and roll.
- Place shrimp on a greased baking pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
