- 6 oz. cream cheese, (or reduced fat) at room temperature
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt (or reduced fat)
- 15 oz. pumpkin, no sugar added
- 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. cloves, ground
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 3 TBS agave nectar
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
In a food processor, add cream cheese and yogurt blending until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with chips or sliced fruit.
