Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
- Sliced red onion
- Sliced tomato
- Lettuce
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy.
- Split ground beef into 4 – 4oz chunks and flatten into 1/4” patties.
- Chop cooked bacon and mix with blue cheese.
- Place 4 Tbsp of mixture into center of 1 patty and top with another patty. Seal edges well and form burger. Cook to desired doneness.
- Place burger on a roll and top with lettuce, onion and tomato.
