Stuffed Bacon Blue Cheese Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 oz blue cheese crumbled
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sliced tomato
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Split ground beef into 4 – 4oz chunks and flatten into 1/4” patties.
  3. Chop cooked bacon and mix with blue cheese.
  4. Place 4 Tbsp of mixture into center of 1 patty and top with another patty. Seal edges well and form burger. Cook to desired doneness.
  5. Place burger on a roll and top with lettuce, onion and tomato.
