Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1TBS Grand Marnier Liqueur
- 2TBS fresh basil, cut
- Fresh basil leaves, whole
- 1/2 ripe orange flesh honeydew, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 ripe crenshaw melon, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/4 seedless sugar baby or seeded watermelon, cut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, liqueur and the basil. Set aside. Combine cubed melons in a bowl and toss. You can either leave them in the bowl or place the mixture on a large platter. Then, drizzle the dressing back and forth across the melon in a thin stream. Garnish with the whole fresh basil leaves and serve.
